Shipping Policy

At Turbo Diecast, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are our current shipping guidelines and options.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping costs shown at checkout do not include duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by your country’s customs office at delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Orders under $100: $9 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $100 and above: FREE shipping

Note: If your order contains both Preorder and In-Stock items, your order will be held and shipped once all items are available. We do not split shipments unless arranged separately.

MyGarage - Combined Shipping Option

We offer a Combined Shipping option for customers who have unfulfilled orders and would like to merge new Preorders with existing ones to save on shipping.

Here’s how it works:

  • You can add new items to your current unshipped order.
  • Once enough items arrive, you can request us to ship.
  • If the combined total meets or exceeds $100, your shipping is free.
  • If your total is under $100, a $9 flat shipping fee applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update in the carrier’s system.

Returns & Damages

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us right away at sales@turbodiecast.ca with your order number and photos. We’ll do our best to resolve it.
