Everything You Need to Know About Preorders

Release Dates We do our absolute best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, but release dates are always estimates — and sometimes things happen outside of our control. Manufacturers can push back releases due to production delays, licensing issues, shipping disruptions, or lower-than-expected preorder volumes. If anything changes with your order's timeline, we'll do our best to keep you in the loop.

Manufacturer Sellouts & Cancellations On rare occasions, a manufacturer may unexpectedly sell out of a product before we're able to fulfill all preorders — unfortunately without giving us any warning. If this ever affects your order, we'll reach out to you right away. Any payment you've made will be refunded in full, no questions asked.

Preorder Cancellations We totally understand that plans change! If you need to cancel a preorder, please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies to the total value of the item(s). The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method — or if you'd prefer, we're happy to apply it as store credit for a future purchase.
