Return & Refund Policy

At Turbo Diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, we offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be approved prior to shipping the item back to us. Any items sent without approval will not be accepted.

To request a return, please email us at sales@turbodiecast.ca with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Preorders

If you choose to cancel a preorder, a 10% restocking fee will apply. However, if Turbo Diecast cancels the order for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund without any fees.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please use a trackable service when sending your return, as we are not liable for lost packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@turbodiecast.ca with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Unclaimed Packages

Orders returned to us as “unclaimed” or “return to sender” are not eligible for a refund.
